You have done the research. You know which schools you are targeting and what the process requires. What you cannot see, no matter how much you know, is how your candidacy reads to someone who has never met you. That gap does not close on its own. This conversation is where it starts.
How to Request a Consultation
Submit a short request.
You share your background, your target programs, and what you are trying to figure out. We review every request before anything is scheduled.
We determine whether a consultation is the right next step.
We works with 12 candidates per round per consultant.
Before a conversation is scheduled, we assess whether this is the right next step for where you are in the process.
If it is, we connect you with a senior consultant. If something else would serve you better right now, we will say so and point you there.
We schedule your consultation.
Once we confirm the fit, you are connected with a senior Sia Admissions consultant and a conversation is scheduled.
What happens on the call
Your consultant will ask the questions that go underneath the resume. Not just what you have done, but why, how you think, and where you are genuinely trying to go. Most candidates say it is the first conversation in this process where someone was actually evaluating their profile rather than performing interest in it.
You will leave with an honest read on what is working in your candidacy, where the gaps are, and what your strongest path forward looks like given your specific profile and target programs. Both sides leave knowing whether working together makes sense.
How we work
Sia Admissions works with twelve candidates per round per consultant. That is not a constraint; rather, it is the entire model. The depth of engagement this process requires, from goal development through final submission, cannot be delivered across a large roster. We do not try to make it work that way.
This conversation goes both ways. You are evaluating us as much as we are evaluating you.
Client Outcomes
Over the past nine years, Sia Admissions clients have earned admission to Harvard, Stanford, Wharton, MIT, Kellogg, Booth, Columbia, and other leading programs across the US and Europe.

“Before working with the team, my story lacked clarity and strategic positioning. I had strong experience, but I was not presenting a focused, compelling narrative. The result was admission to all the programs I applied to.”
D.P. Stanford MSx
Admitted to Stanford, MIT Sloan, and Wharton

“I started the process unconvinced that I was capable of getting into an M7. Their process pushed me miles beyond what I thought I was capable of, helping me identify themes and connections in my story I was too close to notice myself. I ended with a scholarship to my dream school.”
S.B., MIT Sloan Full-Time MBA
Admitted to MIT Sloan, Berkeley Haas, LBS, and IESE with $100,000+ in scholarships

“Watching my writing transform from the beginning of the process to the end was remarkable. The team helped me bridge the gap from merely having good anecdotes to articulating precisely why they were relevant to the program I was applying to.”
D.M., Wharton Full-Time MBA
Admitted to Wharton, Booth, Kellogg, and Columbia with $350,000 in cumulative scholarships)
Frequently Asked Questions
No. We review every request and follow up with a few questions to understand where you are in the process and what you are looking for. If a consultation is the right next step, we will connect you with a senior consultant. If something else would serve you better right now, we will point you there.
No. Most candidates who come to us are still working through their strategy. You do not need to have everything figured out before this conversation. That is often exactly what it helps clarify.
Strategy consultations are conducted by Susan Berishaj or a senior Sia Admissions consultant working within the same framework that has placed clients into Harvard, Stanford, Wharton, MIT, and other leading programs.
Sia is intentionally small. We don’t compete on volume, speed, or package pricing. We compete on the depth of strategic and narrative work we do with each client, which requires limiting rosters, maintaining hands-on involvement, and being genuinely selective about fit. The consultation is partly for you to assess whether the work style is right, not just whether your credentials meet a threshold.
No. Many candidates we speak with are still in test prep or have not yet decided which exam to take. Your score does not determine whether a consultation makes sense. Where you are going and whether we can help you get there does.
