About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced MBA Admission Coach to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MBA admissions and possess the expertise and insight necessary to guide aspiring MBA candidates through the application process successfully. As an MBA Admission Coach, you will work closely with individuals to help them develop compelling applications, refine their statements, and prepare for admissions interviews. 

The ideal candidate will: 

  1. Foster close relationships with MBA candidates, enjoying the process of working closely with them to achieve their admission goals.

  2. Conduct comprehensive assessments of candidates' profiles, including academic achievements, work experience, extracurricular activities, and career goals, and guide areas for improvement.

  3. Assist candidates in identifying target schools and developing a strategic approach for applying to MBA programs.

  4. Recognize and cultivate the potential in each candidate, celebrating their progress and small improvements along the way.

  5. Demonstrate a high level of stamina and dedication, finding satisfaction in hard work and productivity.

  6. Engage in intellectual discussions with candidates, leveraging introspection to guide their application strategies effectively.

  7. Take initiative and turn ideas into actionable plans, driving candidates towards successful admission outcomes.

  8. Provide personalized coaching and guidance to MBA candidates throughout the admissions process.

  9. Review and provide feedback on application materials, including resumes, essays, and letters of recommendation.

  10. Offer insights and strategies for optimizing candidates' applications to increase their chances of acceptance.

  11. Conduct mock interviews to help candidates prepare for admissions interviews, providing constructive feedback and tips for improvement.

  12. Stay updated on trends and developments in MBA admissions, including changes to application requirements and selection criteria.

  13. Collaborate with other team members to develop resources and materials for MBA candidates, such as workshops, webinars, and guidebooks. 

  14. Build and maintain relationships with MBA programs and admissions officers to stay informed about program offerings and requirements.

Qualifications:

  • A Master’s degree; MBA preferred.

  • Previous experience in MBA admissions coaching or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of MBA admissions processes and requirements for top-tier business schools.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and provide constructive feedback.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.

  • Familiarity with online tools and resources commonly used in MBA admissions coaching.

  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards in admissions coaching.

Job Description:

We seek a motivated and dedicated Client Success Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. This role will primarily involve communicating, following up with clients, and facilitating their success with our services. The Client Success Associate will ensure a seamless client experience, follow established procedures, and sustain communication to optimize client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborating closely with the operations team and directly engaging with the CEO to guarantee flawless execution and delivery of services to clients.

  2. Regularly update and manage client ClickUp project workspaces in alignment with each client's progress.

  3. Conduct periodic email follow-ups to ensure clients follow their agreed-upon responsibilities for application preparation.

  4. Perform quality assurance reviews on client-submitted materials to ensure compliance with internal guidelines.

  5. Proactively identify potential roadblocks or challenges throughout the client journey.

  6. Maintain a high level of responsiveness to client inquiries and concerns, offering timely and effective solutions.

  7. Build and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for assigned processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.

  8. Organize weekly follow-up calls and monthly meetings to brief the internal team and CEO on client challenges, project progress, and other pertinent matters.

  9. Continuously seek opportunities to optimize processes and elevate the overall client experience.

  10. Demonstrate adaptability and agility in addressing evolving priorities and client needs.


Qualifications:

  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, focusing on delivering clear and concise information.

  2. Previous experience in a client-facing role, such as customer success, account management, or sales, is desirable.

  3. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  4. Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset toward addressing challenges.

  5. Demonstrated commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and building lasting relationships.

  6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail.

  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ClickUp is a plus.
