The MBA Interview

Being invited to interview is a wonderful indication that you have a strong profile and are seriously being considered for admission.

With a 50% chance of being admitted after an interview invite, the stakes are high! So, even if you consider yourself extraverted and comfortable presenting your background, taking the time to prepare and stress test your answers is key to ensuring you have done your part in standing out in the interview.

Over the years, we have developed a tried and true process of MBA interview preparation that ensures applicants feel confident in answering any type of questions the interviewer may ask, including the standard, behavioral, and curveball MBA interview questions. We also take into account that every school has a different interview approach - the team-based discussion interview style for Wharton MBA applicants requires different preparation than the high-stress HBS interview or MIT Sloan’s Behavioral Event-Based Interview, which also requires a written response.

Knowing how important a successful interview is in your MBA journey, we are offering an Interview Preparation service that covers:

  • Mastering the fundamentals of an MBA interview preparation

  • Preparing repositories of the right experiences that can support various behavioral-type questions, including the lens through which to share those experiences with the interviewer

  • Live (virtual) 1-on-1 sessions with detailed feedback on how to improve

  • Recording of the session so you can continue to practice offline

  • School-specific interview preparation

Whether you have been invited to interview or are in the pre-invite preparation process, have an expert coach walk with you through the interview journey:
