The Best Decision I Made In My MBA Journey

After two unsuccessful MBA admission cycles, I was frustrated, exhausted, and starting to lose confidence in myself. I wasn’t sure what I was doing wrong or if I would ever get into a school I truly wanted. That all changed the moment I started working with Susan at Sia Admissions.

From day one, Susan brought structure and clarity to a process that had previously felt overwhelming. She mapped out a realistic timeline, broke everything into manageable steps, and held me accountable without ever making me feel pressured. Beyond the applications themselves, she helped me understand my goals more deeply, identify the programs that were truly the right fit, and even taught me how to network with authenticity.

The three biggest transformations I experienced were:
1. From confusion to clarity – I finally understood why I wanted an MBA and how to align my story with my career vision.
2. From self-doubt to confidence – Susan pushed me to reflect, reframe my experiences, and present my candidacy in the strongest light.
3. From chaos to calm structure – Instead of feeling lost, I always knew exactly what to focus on and why.

What makes Susan special is that she doesn’t just prepare you for admissions—she prepares you for the MBA itself. The months I spent working with her gave me not only stronger applications but also greater self-awareness, direction, and confidence. When I received my acceptance to Michigan Ross, my dream school, I knew that her guidance had been pivotal in making it possible.

If you’re serious about business school and want someone who will believe in you, challenge you, and bring out the best version of your story, I cannot recommend Susan enough. Working with her was the single best decision I made in this entire journey.
